What type of partnerships are you offering?

Base Partnership: The primary option involves receiving work related to items purchased on our platform and from our network. We provide you with detailed plans, CAD designs, and timelines for execution, and you are paid accordingly based on the work completed.

Advanced Partnership: For more advanced partnerships, we establish a dedicated area on your premises for modular product assembly. In this setup, you would handle tasks aligned with your expertise, while other components are completed either by our network or by our in-house team within the allocated space. We handle everything and we own the process. We pay you for the work related to your expertise and for the space. In this case, we are the builder of record for the product, responsible for product quality and we handle the customer relationship, delivery, installation and anything outside of your expertise.

Total Partnership: This option builds upon the advanced partnership by equipping you with a complete commerce infrastructure to sell your own products while leveraging our network. As part of this partnership, we provide you with a fully branded modular product website, enabling you to market and sell your modular products directly, on your own terms. In this case, you are the builder of record for the product you sell while leveraging our infrastructure.

We specialize in modular products, including modular homes, suites, pods, mobile offices, pergolas, and any product that can be efficiently built within our network. For products requiring specific licenses or certifications, we ensure they meet all necessary standards and compliance requirements. If the fabricator wishes to focus only on a specific portion of the project (which is mostly the case), the remaining work is seamlessly managed by CloudStructures and executed by other experts within our network or by our in-house team, ensuring a streamlined and high-quality result.
